This plain-language overview explains the website's current contact-form experience. Read it before sharing information so you understand what the form collects, why the team uses it, and which private records should stay out of the request.
Information the estimate form collects
First and last name, email, phone, contact preference, South Carolina city and ZIP code, selected service needs, optional project details, referral source, page context, and technical anti-abuse signals.
Information you should not put in the form
Financial account details, identity numbers, legal documents, medical information, passwords, access codes, or other sensitive household records.
Why the information is used
- Respond to your estimate request.
- Understand the service and property location you selected.
- Help the South Carolina team follow up about the request.
- Protect the form from spam, abuse, and duplicate delivery.
How the form is delivered
The estimate form is provided through HubSpot. Information submitted through it is sent to the connected Clutter Cleaner account and may create a contact record or trigger the follow-up settings configured for that account.
